La Posada is a charitable organization supported by the generous giving of our community. Charitable donations are used for our general operations and to assist our residents when they are able to re-establish their own homes. Listed below are general items which are always needed and various programs that are available for adoption:

monetary contributions, clothing for women and children, furniture and appliances, food ,toys, kitchen supplies, vehicles, educational supplies

Adoption Programs

Adopt a Room
A room can be adopted by either an organization or an individual. Once adopted, it can be decorated and furnished to create a pleasant enviroment for the occuptants.

Adopt a Family
Adopt a family is a program that seeks to assist the needs of a family who is often without any kind of support by donating basic material necessities, such as money and clothing, or by donating time to assist with fun activities for the families. A family may be adopted for a month or for their entire stay at La Posada.

Adopt a Monthly Bill
One of our largest expenses are utility expenses. Some of these monthly expenses include, gas, water, telephone, office supplies, and pest control services. If you would like to contribute to our monthly expenses, please do so.
